Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy (Online Sales only)

We will accept returns of most unworn, unwashed, unhemmed, tags intact merchandise within 30 days of when you received the item for a full refund or exchange. Store credit issued up to 30 days. Discounted Items are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Product which fails to perform due to manufacturing defects may be returned within 1 year for exchange or store credit upon inspection. Some exceptions may apply. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Underwear, socks, swimwear, jewelry and gourmet items may not be returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Store Returns/Exchanges

You can exchange or refund items purchased through our website at either of our store locations in Cambridge or Stratford. Make sure you have the original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to facilitate the transaction. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery according to the terms above.

Shipped Returns

Please ship all returns to the address indicated in the Return Authorization form that you receive. Shipping costs will be your responsibility and the shipping method must be trackable with a signature required.

Shipped Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item please call client services (519-653-4571) to arrange the exchange. We will process your exchange order and send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the original item. We will need to charge you the purchase price plus shipping for the exchange order, but once we receive your return, we will credit you the purchase price of the original item.

No returns/exchanges will be accepted or credited without prior authorization.

Inventory quantities and product availability:

Online inventory quantities are updated bi-weekly from our in-store inventory. If the item you order is no longer available you will be contacted via phone or emial within two business days so that you can reorder a similar item or cancel your order.
