February 16, 2021 Update

As of February 16, 2021, Gadsby's will be OPEN for in-person shopping, Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. No appointment necessary.

You may also choose shop online or over the phone and we will make arrangements for the delivery, shipment or cpick-up of your items.

Gadsby's will accept in-store exchanges and returns until February 27, 2021 for regular priced items purchased in-store on or after November 24, 2020, in accordance with our standard in-store return policy.

Cambridge

  • Gadsby's Clothing in Cambridge must limit our capacity to 50%, (approximately 12 people).
  • Although it is not a requirement in our street-front retail setting, clients can use the online tool provided by the Province of Ontario to screen themselves.

Our goal is to provide unparalleled fashion and fashion advice in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We are accomplishing that goal amidst the various and fluxuating requirements and restrictions in Ontario, but it has been challenging. Here is how we are working together with our clients to provide the best experience possible:

Clients and staff must follow the public health guidelines regarding masks and face coverings.

However, according to the Reopening Ontario Act 2020 (Schedule 1, 2.(4)) and pursuant to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c.H.19 there are exemptions to wearing masks.

Therefore, no person shall be required to provide proof of their reason for wearing or not wearing a face covering. (ROA2020 Schedule 1, 2.(6))

Some sicknesses and disabilities are invisible. Therefore, we will be respectful and kind to our clients and staff and we ask the same of our clients towards each other and our staff.

Gadsby's is asking our staff and clients to follow these guidelines:

  1. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and/or seek medial care. You may assess your condition before shopping. To do so, please use this tool provided at Ontario.ca

  2. If you have been in contact with someone who has any virus or communicable disease, please self-isolate until you are confident you won't become a source of infection to others.
  3. Use the Gadsby's "Disinfect and Refresh" hand cleansing station upon entry and exit. Our Health Canada approved disinfectant is botanical and uses safe, natural ingredients, without the use of harsh chemicals. (DIN 02301318)
  4. Maintain Physical Distance of at least 2 metres from others who are not part of your household.
  5. Please use a tissue or handkerchief when coughing or sneezing.
  6. If you are unable to shop in person for any reason, please call and we will make every effort to provide you with the garments and accessories you require either through curb-side pickup or delivery to your door.

  1. Clothing and accessories are being thoroughly steamed after being tried on by a client, if it is not purchased by them.
  2. High use surfaces are being cleaned frequently, such as following a client's visit.
