Our standard Return Policy terms outlined below apply. Returns can be processed through our curb-side service.
items purchased at regular price
Refund or straight exchange for correct size within 10 days of purchase.
Store credit issued up to 30 days from purchase.
No return or exchange accepted of intimate apparel and gourrmet products.
Restocking fee may apply if item appears to have been worn.
If you believe a product you purchased from Gadsby's is not performing as it should, please notify us within 1 year of purchase. We will inspect the item and determine if it qualifies for exchange or store credit.
Some exceptions may apply.
If a return must be shipped, please call the phone number on your receipt and a signed return authorization form will be sent to you to include with your shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
USA Customers Please Note: Items taken or delivered to the USA are all FINAL Sale. Returns shipped from the USA into Canada will not be accepted under any condition. If a shipment is attempted, it will be returned to sender at your expense. Due to cross-border fees and restrictions, we cannot accept returns which are shipped from the USA into Canada. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
Items purchased at sale price
Discounted items are FINAL SALE.
Items may be exchanged for correct size or store credit if brought back within 10 store opening days following Christmas, with a valid Gift Receipt or the Original Receipt Number.
Gadsby’s will not be obligated to accept gift returns or exchanges after the 10th of January following Christmas or items which were purchased more than 30 days before Christmas, except if allowed under standard return policy for regular priced items.
