Until the end of May 2020, please take note the following:

  • Free Shipping is being offered on purchases of $100 or more before tax.
  • Please allow extra time for delivery due to high demand within Canada Post.
  • Returns will not be accepted until the Declaration of Emergency ends. After which, returns must be processed within 30 days of the end of the emergency, in accordance with our regular terms.
  • Shipping to the USA has resumed. Regular shipping rates will apply. Please note that all sales are final if shipped to the USA.



You have options. You can choose to pickup at either our Cambridge or Stratford location or have the clothing shipped to the address of your choice.

All orders are shipped from Canada. We can ship to virtually any address in Canada or the U.S.A. If the address you give us is an issue, you will be contacted via phone or email and asked to provide an alternate address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based.

Please note that orders can be shipped to Canadian PO boxes. Duties and cross-border fees, if any, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it online using the tracking number provided in your order history. Please note that some remote locations may require additional time in transit. Delivery times are also known to be affected by adverse weather conditions, especially during the winter months.

A Note about inventory quantities and availability:
Online inventory quantities are updated bi-weekly from our in-store inventory. If the item you order is no longer available you will be contacted via phone or emial within two business days so that you can reorder a similar item or cancel your order.
